Return Policy

  To ensure proper tracking and handling of returned packages, prior return authorization is required.  


  You may request a return authorization in cases of withdrawal (see conditions below) or if you have received a defective, damaged, or faulty product.  


 In Case of Withdrawal  


  You can request a partial or full return of your order for eligible products within 7 days from the delivery date.  


  Products not eligible for return and refund due to withdrawal include:  

- Items with opened blister packaging.  

- Custom-assembled computers.  


  Please make sure to check product details before confirming your order. If you have any doubts, you can contact our customer service for further assistance.  


  If you change your mind, the return shipping costs will be at your own expense.  


 In Case of a Defective or Damaged Product  


  For all SAV (after-sales service) return requests, you must contact our support team to verify eligibility and receive a return number, return form, shipping label, and pickup receipt. Once these are provided, follow these steps:  


1. Print the return label and two copies of the pickup receipt (one will be stamped by the collection agent and kept by you).  

2. Attach the return and exchange form inside the package.  

3. Affix the return label on the outside, making sure it is clearly visible.  


  Once your package is ready, follow these guidelines for optimal processing:  


- Free pickup service: A courier will contact you within 7 days after return approval. Ensure the package is properly sealed in its original or an equivalent protective packaging.  

- Preserving original packaging: Original packaging should be kept whenever possible, as it ensures safe transport. Special attention should be given to fragile items like monitors, headsets, mice, keyboards, and PC cases, as their packaging is difficult to replace.  

- Manufacturer labels: Labels on products must be intact to benefit from full warranty coverage.  

- Protective wrapping: Use shock-absorbing materials around the item to prevent damage during transit.  

- Return number visibility: Display the return number clearly outside the package near the shipping address, preceded by "SAV" in bold letters.  

- Complete product return: All components (boxes, cables, etc.) must be sent back, unless otherwise specified by a technician handling the return process.
